Dryer for Physic Modeling & Design Tools

Wide range Temperature and Humidity dryer machine, which can dry at low temperature (below 15 degrees Celsius) to medium temperature (max 70 degrees Celsius).
Using 15 Temperature and RH sensors, Scale, wind speed and power meter.
Actuator consists of Heater, Dehumidifier (Air Con), Blower, Servo air mix, all of which can have their output power adjusted.
The system has implemented IoT technology, so researchers can monitor from anywhere.
Project Scope: Adaslabs redesigns existing machines, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and automation systems.

Bio Leather Reactor

Machine to process nata decoco into bio leather, which is of high value and environmentally friendly.
Project Scope:
Design and create a new prototype based on the existing latest generation.
Design includes aspects: functional process, material and spare part selection, construction, mechanical, electrical, automation, ergonomic, safety, maintenance and easy to modify.
