Our system implements output gas pressure control which is set on the power map with 11 settings.
Digital Burner Control
Accurate combustion control system, where the gas output is controlled logically, to maintain the pressure according to the power vs gas output mapping that is set. Using a digital sensor, the reading results of which can be displayed in Adas Roast Control Software or other roasting software.
High level of security, equipped with a pilot flame that if it dies, all solenoid valves will close so that no gas is released.

Radiant Infrared Gas Premix Burner
It is a special technology from Adaslabs.id, because we are the first to develop it in Indonesia. Premix Burner is a technology that mixes air and gas before burning, so that the composition of gas and air is always ideal. Unlike similar products that already exist that only use 2 sets of mapping (lowest and highest), our technology uses the “Power Mapping” method as many as 11 Steps (0% to 100%, with an interval of 10%). Power Mapping is the composition of Air and Gas at each power level, so it is more accurate and guarantees perfect combustion results. Test results (research collaboration with BRIN) show that the emissions produced, especially CO and NOx, are very low, far below the Indonesian threshold and even the Euro. For roasting machine applications, we provide for machine capacities starting from 3 Kg.
