Almost all Premix Burner technologies on the market both domestically and abroad, the mixture settings are only at two points, namely at the minimum power point and the maximum power point. As a result, when using power in the middle (30% -70%) the air and gas ratio (AFR: Air Fuel Ratio) is often not ideal, so it is still less efficient and still contains emissions even though it is below the regulation. Power is determined by the blower speed duty, the size of the gas follows the air pressure (vacuum) from the blower, with minimum and maximum limits according to the nozzle settings.
Technology from Adaslabs, applies the Power to AFR mapping method. where each ratio setting is made 11 points, starting from 0% to 100%, with an increase of 10%, so that the interpolation range will be tighter. Unlike the existing ones, Adaslabs applies at each mapping point the size of the blower duty and gas output pressure, the blower speed and gas pressure will be maintained according to the requested power. The effect is that the mixture ratio (AFR) will always follow the power to AFR mapping, making it much more efficient and emissions are fully controlled.
