Rotary Dryer With IR Premix Burner

A technological breakthrough from Adaslabs, Rotary dryer uses a 5.4 meter long Radiant Infrared Premix Burner heater.
Unlike rotary dryers in general, which use a heat source on one side only, this Adaslabs technology uses a Radiant Infrared burner extending inside the cylinder, so that it can get even heat throughout the drum.
In addition to getting heat from a long furnace, the resulting Infrared rays can increase the drying rate by up to 70%, making it very effective in its drying kinetics.
With even heat, heat regulation is easier, because it can be set at the highest limit according to the commodity without damaging the quality due to overheating, but still has high efficiency due to its evenness.
This technology is very suitable for drying commodities for use in the food, pharmaceutical (herbal) and seed industries.

Why Multi-Commodity?
The character of agricultural products is seasonal, where the harvest period is limited by time. A drying machine that is only designed for a single commodity is not economical. For that reason, we are designing a drying machine that can be used throughout the year with various commodities that have different harvest periods.

Why Multi-Batch?
The character of the farming system in Indonesia is that the harvest time tends not to be simultaneous, so that the supply of products to be processed sometimes exceeds and falls short of the capacity of the existing machine. Our solution is to create a machine that can process batches that do not start at the same time.

Why Multi-Function?
Some commodities such as cocoa and coffee require a specific process, where not only the drying treatment is carried out, but also the fermentation process. So far, the process has been carried out traditionally, so it is far from consistent, because the duration of the process cannot be controlled. With the technology that we already have, plus the application of hybrid-modeling technology: Physic Informed Neural Network (PINNs) will be able to maximize the process capacity.
